Reunite with your classmates from the Labor Preparation Series after the babies are born! We focus on the first few weeks of being a new parent. Topics include breast and bottle feeding, soothing crying babies, infant massage, baby illnesses and checkups, returning to work, finding balance and adjusting to new priorities as a family and so much more. Our couples typically continue to meet long after this class has ended!
Breastfeeding 1 class $35.00

One 3-hour class designed to support and encourage women who are exploring or choosing to breastfeed. Topics include benefits, anatomy, what to expect in the first hours and days of baby's life, maintaining supply, latch-on and positioning, problem solving, returning to work, and pumping. Ideal for late pregnancy. Includes breastfeeding support after the baby is here!

Join us for a comprehensive review of tools for comfort during labor for those who have experienced at least one prepared birth.
Private Tutoring
In-home instruction can be arranged to meet families with special needs, such as mothers on bed rest, adoptive parents, and other unique or challenging situations. Please contact us to discuss private tutoring.
Labor Support
FCEA believes that all women and families deserve to feel safe and supported during labor and birth. Our certified instructors are available to provide labor support at a discounted rate to all class participants. Emotional and physical support for both the mother and her partner are provided. Please see our Doula Services page for more detailed information.
